Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects including roadworks, milling & patching, and pipelaying.

• Oversee project management teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and safety standards.

• Liaise with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.

• Develop project execution strategies, budgets, resource planning, and risk mitigation measures.

• Implement and uphold Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and environmental compliance across all job sites.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant government regulations and standards applicable to civil and utility works.

• Lead team development, performance management, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in civil engineering and road works.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale roadwork and pipelaying projects in Singapore.

• Strong knowledge of local regulatory, safety, and quality standards (Government Projects).
