Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in managing contractors within the construction industry. The candidate will oversee the Spalling Concrete Solution project, liaise with various stakeholders, and ensure effective communication across departments. Suitable applicants should hold a diploma and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project management of Spalling Concrete Solution (CRR) which includes: Training and Audit, Manpower Management, P&L management of Spalling Concrete, Revenue, Cost and Margin.
• Main Liaison with partner companies / contractors / HDB on all CRR matters.
• Presentation to HDB and key stakeholders of CRR.
• Work with Contracts Department on CRR operations admin support.
• Work with Technical Department on product testing, certification and other technical matters.
• Work with Procurement Department on product purchases, shipment and delivery.
• Reports directly to Deputy General Manager, provide regular updates on training, audit, manpower matters, site situation & progress, and other CRR matters.
• Undertake other job functions as and when assigned based on project needs.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma Qualification.
• Min.3 years experience as Project Manager with experience managing main contractors / reputable sub-contractors in construction or facility management industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
