Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager in Singapore to oversee the Spalling Concrete Solution project. Responsibilities include managing training, audits, and liaising with contractors. Responsibilities

• Manage Project Spalling Concrete Solution including training and audit.
• Liaise with partners, contractors, and HDB.
• Present updates to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments for project operations.
• Report to Deputy General Manager on project progress.

Job Description

• Project management of Spalling Concrete Solution (CRR) which includes: Training and Audit, Manpower Management, P&L management of Spalling Concrete, Revenue, Cost and Margin.
• Main Liaison with partner companies/contractors/HDB on all CRR matters.
• Presentation to HDB and key stakeholders of CRR.
• Work with Contracts Department on CRR operations admin support.
• Work with Technical Department on product testing, certification and other technical matters.
• Work with Procurement Department on product purchases, shipment and delivery.
• Reports directly to Deputy General Manager, provide regular updates on training, audit, manpower matters, site situation & progress, and other CRR matters.
• Undertake other job functions as and when assigned based on project needs.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma Qualification.
• Min.3 years experience as Project Manager with experience managing main contractors/reputable sub‑contractors in construction or facility management industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
