Job description

• Position: Project Manager-SDCP/CCPP (Residential/Construction)
• Location: Balestier Road (2 bus stops away from Toa Payoh MRT)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks or issues, implementing remedial actions as necessary
• Manage procurement and logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients
• Mentor and manage a team of site engineers and project coordinators

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and best practices in Singapore
• Possess BCA SDCP or CCPP is added advantage
