Job Description
  • Oversee renovation and construction projects from start to finish.
  • Work with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Meet clients, agents, and business partners to explore new opportunities.
  • Attend site meetings, client briefings, and take site measurements.
  • Prepare tender documents and secure necessary permits and licenses.
  • Handle all project-related paperwork, including permit applications.
  • Plan project timelines, objectives, and work methods for smooth execution.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates.
  • Find ways to improve efficiency and cut unnecessary costs.
  • Lead and supervise construction teams on-site.
  • Coordinate tasks between subcontractors and in-house workers.
  • Ensure all work meets agreed specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Architects/Building.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in renovation and construction industry.
