Job summary

A leading renovation firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage full project lifecycles for various renovation and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field, 3–5 years of project management experience, and strong knowledge of Singapore's renovation processes. Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD is essential, as well as excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for renovation and fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality)
• Liaise with clients to understand design and functional requirements
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, work scopes, and progress reports
• Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve site issues
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Handle authority submissions and approvals where necessary (e.g., BCA, URA, SCDF)
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost
• Ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in project management within the renovation or interior fit-out industry in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and local construction codes
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with clients and subcontractors
• Able to read technical drawings and plans
• Familiar with local authority requirements (HDB guidelines, BCA, NEA, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Singaporean or Malaysian Mandarin speaking.
