Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and certified Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or laboratory facility projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross‑functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. PMP certification is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or laboratory construction/renovation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans including budget forecasts, risk assessments, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate and manage all stakeholders including consultants, contractors, engineers, architects, and internal teams.
- Ensure all construction, validation, and commissioning activities comply with GMP, GxP, HSE, and relevant industry regulations.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to leadership and clients.
- Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and risks with proactive solutions.
- Manage change control processes, procurement plans, and vendor performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons‑learned practices post‑project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Architecture, or a related field.
- PMP certification
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory sector.
- Proven experience managing complex construction or infrastructure projects in controlled environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
