Job description

This Project Manager is required to take full ownership of the entire lifecycle of complex network and IT infrastructure projects. They will ensure projects are strategically aligned with business needs, delivered on time, within budget, and utilizing high-performance internal and partner resources

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of IT network infrastructure projects, including meticulous planning, rigorous execution, and formal closure
• Consult with clients to deeply understand their network and IT infrastructure challenges and requirements, and subsequently design and provide tailored technical solutions
• Develop and implement effective project delivery strategies, ensuring all milestones are met while proactively managing and mitigating potential project risks
• Manage all project financials, including budgets, financial forecasts, delivery timelines, and critical resource allocation to guarantee on-time and within-scope delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders (clients, vendors, internal resources) to maintain clear communication and strategic alignment
• Proactively identify, analyze, and escalate project risks and provide regular, comprehensive progress reporting to senior management
• Build and sustain high-performance project teams, integrating internal resources with certified service providers and external partners
• Develop and execute strategic key account service strategies, aligning project delivery with long-term customer business goals to foster enduring partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Strong proven expertise in projects focusing on network infrastructure, servers, and managing both on-premise and cloud environments
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, including controlling budgets, adhering to timelines, and optimizing resource allocation
• Strong technical knowledge of core IT infrastructure, specifically network architecture, cloud technologies, servers, and major vendor products
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous
