Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience, particularly in mechanical, electrical, or architectural disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical or architectural discipline.
• Experience with architectural discipline is advantageous.
• Understanding of construction contracts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire project including Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural works.
• Prepare cost budget and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Coordinate between client, main contractor, and team.
