  • Related experience preferred.

Summary

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager (Maintenance) to join our dynamic team. You will work in a constantly evolving environment, due to technological advances and strategic direction of the various project stakeholders. You will oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance-related activitiesto meet the technology needs, including hardware and software, of the various project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a 24x7 team including technical and support specialists to support the operational needs of projectstakeholders.
  • Oversees the smooth day-to-day operations of the system for project stakeholders; this includes clientsoftware and hardware, server hardware, system software, backup, security, network among others.
  • Prioritize and assign team members to tasks including:
  • Preventive maintenance
    Corrective maintenance such as impact analysis of encountered issues and issues resolution (bug fixes tosoftware/system) within given Service-Level-Agreement, among others.
  • Feasibility studies
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and assess system needs and requirements, andprovide technical support to project stakeholders.
  • Communicate the requirements to the team; develop plans to implement these needs and requirements; oversee the successful implementation of proposed solution.
  • Prioritize and assign team members to evaluate current technology use and needs of the project stakeholders and recommend software and hardware improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver operational or project progress reports.
  • Implement and oversee operational budget and expenditure, and ensure within approved budget.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Computing Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Related experience preferred. At least 5 years leading a team for Managerial position or 2 years in a lead role for Lead position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training.
  • 5 day week @ AMK area
