Job description

• Position : Project Manager (Kitchen Equipment/M&E Background) – Up to $6,000 | WEST
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + OT Payable + Transport Allowance $700 + Mobile Claimable up to $100 + Variable Bonus + 14-18 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage scope, schedule, resources, and issues.
• Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on status, risks, and issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks/issues to prevent disruption.
• Conduct regular site inspections; ensure subcontractors work safely.
• Inspect equipment delivered to site; arrange inspections and manage documentation for project handover/completion.

Requirements

• Min ITE/Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent) with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• M&E background with at least 2 years’ project coordination experience
• Proficient in MS Project (or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Commercial kitchen equipment industry background is a strong advantage.
