You will work closely with various departments to coordinate resources, address issues, and facilitate communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager and team in creating and maintaining project plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Track project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient allocation of resources and team members.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Support risk management processes by identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in managing client communications to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Provide project support during evaluations and post-project reviews, contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology).
  • 1-2 years of relevant project management experience or similar industry experience is a plus.
