The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in interior design fit-out projects and a qualification in interior architecture. Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design fit-out work.
• Possess a Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certificate.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in all aspects of project management.
• Coordinate and liaise with all relevant parties.
• Conduct project site inspection.

Job description

Job Scopes:

• Experienced in Interior Fit-Out / A&A works
• Lead and resolve all conflict, manage project documentation, planning, coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors and liaise with client
• Ensure projects deliver on time and with best quality
• Understanding of Project Management Procedures and Documentation
• Reporting of job progress to management weekly
• Cost conscious in management of all activities to increase profitability
• Attend all project meetings and discussion

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project team in all aspect of project management such as project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, control of general workers
• To carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties
• Support Project director to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site
• Conduct project site inspection

Requirements:

• Related qualification in Interior architecture and decoration, 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design fit-out work
• Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certificate
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details
• Excellent project & people management skills
• Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills
