Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out or A&A works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior fit-out and construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
• Ensure all work complies with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present project reports, handle site issues and lead project meetings.
• Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
