The Role

As a Project Manager at Mindspace Design Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of design and renovation projects. Reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, from planning and coordination to client liaison and team leadership.

Job Descriptions:
  • Overall responsible for daily project management and coordinate fit‑out projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Strong in documentations such as, on time PTW submission for regulatory approvals and permits, and arrange inspections of building work.
  • To organize and chair kick‑off meetings, progress reviews, and weekly CCM meetings with stakeholders and present at worksite to brief clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and VOs.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during construction promptly and find innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, designers as well as contractors to ensure timely delivery of the project and excellent quality of work done.
  • Being the key single interface between the company and clients, obtain clients' feedback and resolve project related issues.
  • To ensure documentations are properly managed after hand over such as OMM smoothly and follow up on important actions and decisions from stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the renovation or design industry with proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Highly responsible and well organised personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Project
  • Familiar with construction and design industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Experience in handling of F&B and Office renovation project will be an advantage.
