Job description

Key Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Supervise all upcoming and ongoing projects, from tendering to final handover.
• Engage with clients and consultants on project matters, attending relevant meetings.
• Determine the need for a formal design control, verification, and validation program as required by tender or contract specifications.
• Review and validate design system details, coordinating with project managers and consultants to ensure service completeness and functionality.
• Assess pre-contract cost estimates, cash flow projections, feasibility studies, and cost analyses prepared by the QS team across all areas.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, materials, and specifications as outlined in contracts.

Lead and Manage Project Teams

1. Deliver the service standards expected by clients and consultants.
2. Use materials that meet project specifications.
3. Ensure project schedules are adhered to and deadlines are met.
4. Quickly resolve issues that arise on project sites.
5. Continuously review, monitor, and improve project management processes, workmanship, and on-site quality.
6. Actively participate in ad-hoc projects and handle additional duties as required.
