Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager (Infrastructure | M&E Projects) based in Singapore to lead electrical and mechanical infrastructure initiatives.

You will manage planning, schedule, budget and resources across islandwide project sites, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

The role offers a competitive salary up to S$10,000 with 12 days annual leave, bonus and group insurance.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant M&E project-management experience.
• Experience in rail, LTA, transportation or comparable major infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
• Strong experience coordinating electrical and mechanical installation works, contractors and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, schedule, budget and resources for M&E infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, technical issues, documentation and reporting.
• Ensure project works comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Attend project meetings and resolve site coordination, technical and operational issues.
• Manage project variations, resource requirements and corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope.

• Location : Ubi | Islandwide Project Sites
• Working hours : 5.5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm | Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to S$10,000 Basic per month + 12 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Group Insurance
