A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager (System Development) to lead the implementation of ICT and cybersecurity systems. The role requires managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of project management experience are required. This is a 24-month contract position based in the West region.

Job Description

As a Project Manager (System Development), you will lead the implementation and maintenance of ICT and cybersecurity systems that support critical government operations. You will manage full project lifecycles, ensure compliance with governance standards, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ICT and cybersecurity projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and compliant implementation.
• Lead project planning, requirements gathering, system design reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Translate operational needs into detailed business cases and technical specifications.
• Oversee vendor performance, contract management, and procurement in alignment with government procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct project monitoring, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Provide technical advisory support for related cybersecurity and system initiatives.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and review documentation for management.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for CAT 2 security clearance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or Engineering.
