Job Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on and manage existing projects from beginning to hand-over stage.
  • Plan and schedule project phases to ensure every stages meet the project timeline.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate manpower to optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.
  • Monitor and follow up construction progress stages and progress claims.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Identify issues and provide solutions to the project team to resolve them.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
  • Evaluate and approve changes that have a substantial impact on project scope, budget, or schedule
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Attended site meeting with main contractor, consultant, architect and client.
  • Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed
  • Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and conduct client training during handover.
  • Uphold compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements throughout project execution.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in building construction, specializing in Mechanical discipline.
