Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Leader to oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with developers, consultants, and contractors, managing budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across HDB, condo, and landed projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing HDB, condo, and landed projects.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
