Job summary

Synpulse Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Technical Project Manager to lead compliance technology transformation programs and drive Generative AI solutions across business functions in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in banking/financial services and 5 years as a Technical Project Manager.
• Proven delivery of AI, Digital Transformation, or Automation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Generative AI, LLM, Machine Learning, or AI platform delivery experience.
• Compliance or Regulatory Technology experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Team player with strong ownership and ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional teams
