Job summary

SYNPULSE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead compliance technology transformation programs and drive Generative AI solutions across business units in Singapore.

You will oversee Gen AI deliveries, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance, budgets, and risks, and ensure regulatory and security compliance. The role requires extensive experience in banking/financial services, plus a proven track record delivering AI, automation, and digital

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• At least 10 years experience in banking/financial services and 5 years as a Technical Project Manager.
• Proven delivery of AI, Digital Transformation, or Automation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Generative AI, LLM, Machine Learning, or AI platform delivery experience.
• Compliance or Regulatory Technology experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Team player with strong ownership and ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
