As a Management Consultant, you will acquire first‑hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast‑paced and intellectually challenging work environment.

You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end technology implementation projects, including core banking system upgrades, digital transformation initiatives and regulatory technology projects
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Ensure projects adhere to banking regulations, data security policies, and compliance requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, third‑party vendors, and senior management
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to ensure project success
• Manage project governance, documentation, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to drive project efficiency and adaptability
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews to assess project success and implement lessons learned
• Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure effective delivery
• Provide regular project updates, including progress reports, risk assessments, and impact analysis to key stakeholders

About you

• Degree holder in Accounting or any related courses
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Management reporting processes.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving financial consolidation, planning and reporting platforms.
• CPA, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence, and experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with a curious mind
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Capable of applying technology principles to business
• Can fluently speak and write in English
