Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end technology implementation projects, including core banking system upgrades, digital transformation initiatives and regulatory technology projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure projects adhere to banking regulations, data security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, third‑party vendors, and senior management.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Manage project governance, documentation, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to drive project efficiency and adaptability.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews to assess project success and implement lessons learned.
• Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure effective delivery.
• Provide regular project updates, including progress reports, risk assessments, and impact analysis to key stakeholders.

About you:

• Degree holder.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Management reporting processes.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving financial consolidation, planning and reporting platforms.
• CPA, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence, and experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a curious mind.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Capable of applying technology principles to business.
• Can fluently speak and write in English.
