Compensation: SGD 100,000 – 120,000 (Base) + 20% Performance Bonus (after 13 months)

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) and Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) engineered power solutions across Asia. This role covers the full lifecycle from contract award to commissioning and final customer handover, requiring both technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of KPP/DRUPS projects.
  • Lead and coordinate planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for system design and technical integration.
  • Review system drawings, power schematics, and site installation plans.
  • Coordinate internal engineering, operations, and sales resources.
  • Manage suppliers/contractors for local equipment and balance-of-plant services.
  • Conduct site visits, milestone reviews, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Provide regular updates and manage expectations proactively.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering with power systems experience also considered).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) or DRUPS projects.
  • Proven track record managing complex engineered power systems in energy/critical infrastructure.
  • Experience with gensets, high-capacity energy storage systems, or kinetic recovery solutions.
  • Strong project management expertise (scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder management).
  • Valid Work Visa for Singapore.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for project/site activities.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
