Job Description
  • Lead of planning, manage, and execute electrical installation works for building and industrial projects.
  • Review the electrical designs, schematics, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, workers and contractors.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and approvals.
  • Develop and manage Project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Overall monitor progress and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and variation order.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims and project documentation to main contractors and clients.
  • Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues on site.
  • Ensure compliance with BCA and workplace safety standards.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, construction, or M&E project management.
  • Having Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Engineering or related field will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with progress claim submission and project cost control.
  • Good understanding of BCA, MOM, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
