Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager for the Digital Client & Advisor Experience work stream, a pivotal role within our digital transformation program. This individual will be the voice of the client and the advisor, responsible for architecting and delivering the digital app and interface that will become the primary face of the firm’s Wealth Management business.

Your mandate goes beyond aesthetics. You will build a powerful digital engine with logical, intuitive, and robust functionalities for trading, advisory, discretionary portfolio management, and DIY services. A key initial deliverable will be the implementation of a secure and seamless multi-factor authentication (MFA) framework.

The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader with a deep understanding of the wealth management digital footprint. You must bridge two worlds: articulating the needs of our advisors and their clients, while executing on the firm's strategic value proposition. Experience with AI-driven solutions and integrated platform design is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Journey & Product Leadership: Own the end-to-end digital journey for both clients and advisors, from onboarding and authentication to trading, portfolio analysis, and receiving advice.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Translation: Work seamlessly across Technology, Compliance, Risk, and the Business Management work stream to ensure the digital experience is feasible, compliant, and aligned with the core infrastructure build.
  • Team & Work Stream Management: Build and lead a dedicated team of product managers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts for this work stream. Define clear goals, responsibilities, and deliverables for your team, ensuring alignment with the overall program's milestone plan. Manage the backlog, prioritization, and execution for all client and advisor-facing features.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management, digital strategy, or transformation leadership within wealth management or private banking.
  • Proven track record of leading the end-to-end delivery of a wealth management mobile app or advisor platform with complex functionalities (trading, portfolios, advice).
  • Direct experience with implementing security features like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in a financial services context.
  • Deep understanding of the complete digital wealth management journey and competitive landscape.
  • Experience working with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in financial digital products is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing product or digital teams.
