Job summary

TIAN FU CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to handover, ensuring quality, safety, cost and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation, while enforcing safe work practices and compliance with local codes. The role leads tender prep teams and reports to Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project operations from conception to completion including handover to Clients, focusing on quality, safety, cost and budget management
• Provide directions on planning, tracking, change control, risk and issue management
• Manage project team resources for efficient deployment and project cost management
• Manage project stakeholders, including client, project resources and subcontractors
• Manage client expectation through project status updates, documentation and reporting tools
• Liaise effectively with clients, other contractors and relevant authorities
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
• Lead and provide strategic guidance to Tender Preparation Teams on project performance and compliance
