Project manager cum Design Engineer (M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Good Team Leader with good Communication and Interpersonal Skills of Electrical Design Engineer cum Project Manager
• Leading responsibility professionally handled for Turnkey and M&E Projects, EPC Project/Building maintenance & Service /Subcontract projects from the construction
• Design with Smart New Project Plan, Management of projects & Facility Service. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to project budgetary limitations
• Plan overall construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met as per the project schedule
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Payment claim & follow-up with documentation
• Upgrading of new smart innovative project & execution of the projects

Requirements:

• Specially requirements for Master of Engineering/ Master of Technology for Electrical/Electronics/ power systems
• Design Soft Tools: AutoCAD, PRO-E, BIM MODEL
• Support Soft: Tally, MS Excel, MS Project
• Good knowledge of Electrical Engineering and power Systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Project Manager/Design
• Web Design (preferred)
