Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee IT and currency projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of project management experience. Responsibilities include managing the implementation of COTS financial systems and working with clinical operations for reporting purposes. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.

Currently, we are looking for Project Manager which would be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities and requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience in managing COTS Financial Systems implementation
  • Oversee the implementation and aiding in streamlining the processes post implementation
  • Responsible for managing IT conversion and currency projects and/or application tasks within a business project
  • Work alongside all the clinical operation leads to understand the day-to-day activity of all clinical trials
  • Interpret all activity for the Finance and Outsourcing Departments for reporting and negotiating purpose
  • Facilitate the reporting and accuracy of the budgeting, forecasting and actual financial process
  • Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to facilitate any financial reporting tools and processes
