Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Work alongside project manager on project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and blockers
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and expectation management
• Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, with proven work experience in project management, preferably in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (KYC/TM) domains
• Experience in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and data-driven solution delivery
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are desirable
