Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects is an advantage.

• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
• Liaise with consultants on all M&E works.
• Participate in technical and site meetings.
• Assess and resolve technical issues related to M&E drawings and work.
• On-site supervision of work progress.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
• Working together and liaise with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
• Participating in technical meetings and site meetings.
• Assess and resolve technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
• On-site supervision of work progress
• Maintain schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
• Assist in finalizing accounts of MYE Sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects is an advantage
• Highly motivated, independent, initiative and responsible.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
