About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join PrimusTech Pte. Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with scope, technical specifications, and budgetary requirements.

  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers, supervisors, and workers to achieve project goals.

  • Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

  • Implement smart building management and extra‑low voltage systems within the built environment sector.

  • Maintain productivity and quality while adhering to environmental, occupational health, and safety standards.

  • Ensure proper custody, control, and maintenance of equipment and tools.

  • Build and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with clients.

  • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of integrated building management systems.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.

  • Construction experience preferred.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an advantage
