Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to develop comprehensive project plans and lead project teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering/Construction Management, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge in construction and project management. Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Site/Project Manager.
  • Experience in managing project budgets and tracking expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks and providing direction.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses.
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to meet requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Address challenges during the project and find solutions.

Project Manager

Working days: 5.5 Days
Location: Tuas Drive 2
Salary: $4,000 to $8,000

Requirement:
  • Degree in Engineering/Construction Management.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Site/Project Manager.
  • Knowledge in construction/engineering/ procurement/ industry standards and any other project-related activities.
  • Aluminium and glazing Facade experience with be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines and budget
  • Assembling and leading a project team, assigning tasks, and providing direction and motivation
  • Identifying and mitigating potential project risks that could impact project success
  • Manages project budgets, tracking of expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met
  • Liaise and hold meetings with clients and Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered
  • Maintaining clear and regular communication with the project stakeholders, including Sub Contractors, vendors, team members and upper management.
  • Ensure all projects deliverable meets quality standards and specifications
  • Addressing issues and challenges that may arise during the project and finding effective solutions.
  • Able to handle changes in project scopes or objectives and assessing the impact on the projects.
  • Always ensure compliance with industry standards, best practice and relevant regulations are met
  • Able to allocate time efficiently and meet projects deadlines
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager/ MD
