Job Vacancy: Site Supervisor – Building Fit-Out (Interior Works)

Job Responsibilities

Communicate and coordinate in English with the main contractor, client, and consultants on site matters, including meetings, inspections, approvals, and instructions.

Record, organize, and archive design variations, site instructions, technical clarifications, and variation orders, maintaining a complete and well-structured project log.

Clearly assign work tasks, technical briefings, and safety requirements to construction teams, while monitoring progress and quality.

Assist with site inspections, submissions, rectification follow-ups, and ensure proper closure of issues in a timely manner.

Demonstrate integrity and strong responsibility, strictly complying with Singapore construction regulations and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Construction, Interior Design, Building, or Civil Engineering; familiar with fit-out / interior construction methods and site management.

English as a working language – able to communicate verbally, read and write technical documents, drawings, and correspondence independently.

Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong skills in documentation, variation tracking, and record management.

Capable of coordinating workers, conducting site briefings, and managing construction schedules effectively.

Reliable, responsible, and execution-focused; able to adapt to overseas work environments.

Prior experience in Singapore, Southeast Asia, or overseas construction projects is an advantage.
