MACTECH ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction initiatives in Singapore.

You will define project scope, develop detailed schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction-related fields, proven PM experience in healthcare projects, and strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or relevant role in healthcare construction.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in construction software (MS Project, Procore) and AI-driven analytics for risk and forecasting.
• Certifications like PMP or CCM are often preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, create schedules, and track progress to ensure on-time completion.
• Estimate costs, manage budgets, and control expenses to ensure profitability.
• Procure materials, hire subcontractors, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure site safety, enforce building regulations, and manage quality control.
