The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably with international exposure. Key responsibilities include coordinating project planning, managing cost controls, and leading site teams. Proficiency in English and relevant project management certification are required.
Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Coordinate project planning, resource management, and progress reporting, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
Manage cost control, risk assessments, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant safety standards.
Lead site teams and subcontractors in executing large-scale projects, resolving technical and operational issues.
Prepare and review contract documents, project proposals, and progress claims.
Liaise with international clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
