Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager with a degree in Civil Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate has successfully completed at least 2 projects as Project Manager in residential developments. Key responsibilities include leading the project team, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Completed at least 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo or Residential Development.
• Preferred to have PPVC experiences.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to lead of Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• To implement control measures on material/plant & equipment/utility usage.
• Supervise daily site activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
• Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residental Condo, Residential Development
• Preferred to have PPVC experiences
• Min 3-5 years relevant experience.
