  • Coordinate, develop, and implement project plans for civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Allocate and manage project resources according to approved plans.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Analyze actual project performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; coordinate closely before and during project execution.
  • Assemble, coordinate project staff, and provide direction and support.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, constantly monitor progress, and report to stakeholders.
  • Present reports outlining project progress, problems, and solutions.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve issues or conflicts within the project team.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documents, and presentations.
  • Attend site meetings with main contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
  • Monitor construction progress and follow up on progress claims.
  • Liaise with site staff, supervisors, foremen, and suppliers.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • 5 to 8 years of working experience
  • Strong decision-making and monitoring capabilities.
