Description

As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and development of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will be based at the Changi East Project Office, the site of the future Terminal 5 building.

Job Description

• Project management of major infrastructure works
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants on all aspects relating to project
• Manage scope relating to contract, construction interfaces, tracking work progress and review of contractor’s submissions

Requirements

• Good degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in planning, design and project management of civil engineering projects
• Have minimum 3 years of construction management experience with Clients/Owners involving major civil infrastructure projects or deep excavation works of at least 15m deep or complex building projects
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration
• Some experience in C&S engineering design, authority submission requirements and BIM requirements will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and confident in dealing with contractors will be advantageous

This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
