Responsibilities
- Oversee the full scope of project activities, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, financial budgets, timelines, quality standards, and site safety regulations.
- Participate in project initiation, progress review, and coordination meetings to monitor milestones and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors to address technical challenges and maintain effective communication channels.
- Verify that all drawing inconsistencies are highlighted and resolved by consultants before any construction work begins.
- Ensure materials used on site align with approved specifications and are properly documented and authorized.
- Prepare and review project documentation such as progress updates, work schedules, and related correspondence.
- Contribute to workplace safety initiatives, including risk assessments and compliance with health and safety policies.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals and documentation for tender submissions as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Project or Construction Management role; background in interior design or fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Solid technical expertise with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements effectively.
- Strong financial acumen with a focus on cost efficiency and budget management.
