Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of project activities, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, financial budgets, timelines, quality standards, and site safety regulations.
• Participate in project initiation, progress review, and coordination meetings to monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors to address technical challenges and maintain effective communication channels.
• Verify that all drawing inconsistencies are highlighted and resolved by consultants before any construction work begins.
• Ensure materials used on site align with approved specifications and are properly documented and authorized.
• Prepare and review project documentation such as progress updates, work schedules, and related correspondence.
• Contribute to workplace safety initiatives, including risk assessments and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals and documentation for tender submissions as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Project or Construction Management role; background in interior design or fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Solid technical expertise with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements effectively.
• Strong financial acumen with a focus on cost efficiency and budget management.
