Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Murex Front-to-Back Capital Markets implementation project in Singapore. The role requires managing end-to-end delivery using Waterfall and Agile, building robust plans, budgets, and timelines, and coordinating cross‑functional teams including Murex consultants and client stakeholders.

You will oversee governance, risk and financials, drive escalation resolution, and support pre‑sales activities such as estimation and solution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience delivering Capital Markets, Treasury, Trading, or Banking Technology projects.
• Experience managing full lifecycle software implementation projects in vendor or consulting environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience supporting business development, proposal creation, estimation, and pre-sales activities.
• Ability to manage multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and resource planning.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation of Murex Capital Markets solutions using Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Manage project financials, reporting, client invoicing, and project P&L responsibilities.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to manage expectations and ensure successful delivery.
• Drive project escalations, crisis management, and resolution of critical issues.
• Support pre-sales activities including project estimation, solution planning, proposal reviews, and client presentations.
• Promote Murex implementation best practices and delivery methodology.
