Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager. You will lead project teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in residential development. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other office applications is required.

Qualifications

• Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo or Residential Development.
• Preferred to have experience with PPVC.
• Min 3-5 years relevant experience.

• Plan and manage project schedule effectively.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract.

Job description

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to lead of Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• To implement control measures on material/plant & equipment/utility usage.
• Supervise daily site activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
• Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residental Condo, Residential Development
• Preferred to have PPVC experiences
• Min 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
