About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team at PrimusTech Pte. Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

JOB CONTENT
  • Familiar with smart building management and extra low voltage systems in the build environment sector.
  • Responsible for the project deliverables at each phase.
  • Ensure the project complies to the scope and technical specifications, keeping within the budgetary requirements.
  • Supervise tasks, communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, and ensure every aspect of the project is completed on time.
  • Organising, guiding, and motivating of engineers, supervisors, and workers under his charge.
  • Ensure daily operation delivers productivity and quality, at the same time meeting environmental, occupational health & safety standards.
  • Provide safe custody, control and maintenance of all equipment and special tools used by the department.
  • Establish and maintain courteous and co-operative relationship with clients.
  • Control project budget.
EXPERIENCE
  • 5 years’ experience of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in integrate building management systems.
  • Leading teams.
QUALIFICATION
  • Degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.
  • Certificate in Project Management Professional will be advantageous.
