Job description

Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works

Understand and ensure Site Safety requirements are met while executing works on site by Sub-contractors.

Ensure the effectiveness and implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality.

Verify the overall list of construction details and design based on construction plans and drawing designs before construction and on variations or defects when processing payments to subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) / or equivalent.
• Preferably Project Manager specializing and experience in local private residential and commercial building.
• Familiar with our local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment and safety aspects in the construction industry.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management and project scheduling.
