Location: North Region

Domain: Government / Public Sector

Remuneration: Base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, or application domains.
• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans in line with client and government standards.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues; drive resolution to minimize impact.
• Ensure adherence to IM8, PDPA, and other public sector governance frameworks.
• Manage procurement processes, including quotations, tender submissions, and vendor evaluations.
• Conduct UAT, deployment coordination, and post-implementation reviews.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project delivery.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Min 3 – 8 years of experience managing IT projects (public sector experience is a strong plus).
• Proven track record delivering projects in either one or more of the following domains:
  - Infrastructure: system upgrades, network refresh, endpoint deployment, data center migration
  - Cloud: Azure, AWS, or GCP migrations, cloud adoption, hybrid environments
  - Applications: web/app development, system enhancement, COTS implementation
• Familiarity with government IT standards (e.g., IM8 frameworks) is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, or hybrid).
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL is a plus.
