Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to lead the full project lifecycle for AML/WLM implementation. Responsibilities include managing multi-country projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in AML Programme delivery and strong knowledge of the Watchlist Management lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in AML Programme delivery; 5+ years in FircoSoft (FSC/FCC/WLM).
• Deep understanding of Watchlist Management lifecycle.
• Experience managing multi-country AML/Screening Programmes.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle from mobilization → discovery → design → implementation → UAT → cutover. Manage multi-country AML/WLM implementation plan including dependencies, risks, RAID, and client governance.

Establish delivery cadence (SteerCo, PMO, weekly progress, dashboard reporting). Ensure alignment with APAC regulatory expectations (MAS, HKMA, AUSTRAC). Manage scope change, effort baselining, contract alignment, resource planning. Ensure high-quality documentation (SDS, ICD, mapping sheets, migration plan, test strategy). Oversee readiness of list ingestion, list enrichment, watchlist governance and operational workflow.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15 years in AML Programme delivery; 5+ years in FircoSoft (FSC/FCC/WLM).
• Deep understanding of Watchlist Management lifecycle (import, cleanse, merge, enrich, publish).
• Experience managing multi-country AML/Screening Programmes.
• Strong regulatory & sanctions screening domain knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering projects jointly with LexisNexis/Firco OEM.
• Strong communication and executive interfacing with CISO, FCC, Compliance stakeholders.
