About BotDistrikt
BotDistrikt helps enterprises design, deploy, and optimize AI agents that automate real business processes. Our no-code SaaS platform enables organizations to create conversational workflows that connect seamlessly with their systems, APIs, and Large Language Models like GPT, Gemini, Claude, and Deepseek.
We are a profitable, stable, and remote-first company headquartered in Singapore. We work with the nation's largest enterprises, including Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand Group, delivering high-volume, mission‑critical AI solutions.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an AI Project Manager to own the delivery of our enterprise solutions. This is not a sales role. This is a delivery and ownership role.
You will be the primary bridge between our technical engine and our clients. You will not just manage timelines; you will become a platform expert, identifying opportunities for automation and building them within BotDistrikt using a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives on solving problems independently and delivering measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
1. Client Leadership & Project Management
- Relationship Ownership: Serve as the main point of contact for key enterprise clients, building strategic, long‑term relationships.
- Lead the Room: Own the weekly status meetings (F2F or virtual). You will prepare the presentation decks, drive the agenda, and present performance insights to senior stakeholders.
- Manage the Timeline: Create, manage, and deliver project timelines, coordinating internal development teams and external client stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery.
2. Hands‑On Configuration ("The Tinkerer")
- Become a Platform Expert: You will learn to use BotDistrikt’s tools, modules, and integrations to build and optimize customer workflows yourself.
- Analyze & Optimize: You don't just hand over the bot; you monitor live usage logs to understand why a bot failed to answer, and you configure the fix (logic changes, prompt tweaks) independently.
- Technical Translation: Communicate confidently with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to align expectations. You act as the first line of defense, troubleshooting logic issues before escalating code‑level bugs to the developers.
3. Documentation & Enablement
- Champion of Process: Translate client requirements into clear, scalable automation designs.
- Documentation: You will produce User Acceptance Testing (UAT) guides, internal playbooks, and user manuals. You believe that if a process isn’t written down, it doesn’t exist.
- Onboarding: Lead training sessions to help clients confidently use the platform.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3‑5 years of experience in Account Management, Workflow Implementation, or Operations within Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Tech‑Curious Mindset: Hands‑on familiarity with workflow automation concepts and APIs; able to conceptualize how systems connect and exchange data. You thrive on autonomy; when faced with a challenge, your instinct is to figure it out, not wait for someone to hand you the answer.
- Ownership: You take full accountability for results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows for clients.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with Conversational AI, Dialogflow, or LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI).
- Exposure to AI‑powered automation or digital transformation projects.
