Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for ACMV to oversee project progression, manage subcontractors, and liaise with clients. Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of experience or a diploma with 15 years of experience. Project Manager, ACMV
  • Responsibilities:Lead the Project Team as a Project Manager to monitor and manage the project progression and work within the costing.
    Monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples.
    Liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples.
    Review and align Mechanical design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
    Knowledge in Mechanical and able to identify discrepancies between Mechanical, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions.
    Manage and execute project as per the deadline.
    Attend meetings with contractors to address issues and update progress.
    Study and review drawings and specifications for compliance.
    Allocate work to technicians and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.
  • Requirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of relevant experience OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15 years of relevant experience.
    Good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
    Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
    Proficient in MS office and Microsoft Project.
    Capable of leading a team and working under stress.
