Job Description:

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Define scope of work and deliverables for A&A projects.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and regular progress meetings.
• Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality, safety, and progress.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Address and resolve project-related issues or disputes promptly.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices and risk assessments on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a focus on additions and alterations.
• Proven track record of managing A&A or retrofit projects in commercial, residential, or institutional buildings
